Once upon a time, there was a little star in the night sky. Every night, she looked down at the world and whispered, “I want to go on a journey.”
One evening, the little star jumped from the sky. She landed softly on a tree, right next to a sleepy bird.
“Hello, bird,” said the star. The bird yawned, “Hello, little star. Are you lost?”The star shook her light. “No, I’m on a journey.”
She walked through a quiet forest, saw fireflies dancing, and finally found a small child looking out the window.
The child whispered, “I wish I had a friend tonight.”The star smiled, and her light filled the room.
From that night on, the little star became the child’s bedtime friend.
故事中文版
很久很久以前，在夜空中有一顆小星星。
每個晚上，她都望向地面，輕聲說：
「我想要去旅行。」
有一天晚上，小星星從天空一躍而下。
她輕輕地降落在一棵大樹上，
就在一隻昏昏欲睡的小鳥旁邊。
「哈囉，小鳥。」星星說。
小鳥打了個呵欠：「哈囉，小星星。你迷路了嗎？」
星星閃了閃光芒，搖搖頭說：「不，我是在旅行呢。」
她走進寧靜的森林，
看見螢火蟲翩翩起舞，
最後，她遇見了一個正在窗邊看著夜空的小孩。
小孩輕聲說：「我希望今晚有個朋友陪我。」
小星星微笑了，
她的光芒照亮了整個房間。
從那天晚上起，
小星星成為了小孩的睡前好朋友。
